Service Design Lead at Livework, a global innovation and service design consultancy, where he works mentoring, leading and executing Latin American projects for companies from all sectors of the economy that aim to improve services centered on the customer experience. Before working in innovation, he was an articulator of collaboration networks aimed at the transparency of public data and the construction of public policies for the internet and the creative economy in Brazil.

He is currently a Master’s student in Intelligence Technologies and Digital Design at PUC, specialist in Strategic Design and Innovation at the Istituto Europeo di Design, with degrees in Business Administration and Publicity and Propaganda.
