Intern at the academic coordination center of Data Privacy Brasil Ensino. Graduating in Law from the University of São Paulo. Former research fellow at the Interdisciplinary Observatory of Public Policies (OIPP – USP), having developed research in the areas of privacy and data protection, public transparency and Open Government. Former CNPq Scientific Initiation Scholar, with research in the area of privacy and data protection, focusing on the comparative approach Europe – Latin America. Fellow of the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil (CGI.br) and the Internet Society in the 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions of the United Nations Internet Governance Forum. Fellow of the NGO Safernet Brasil in the Youth Ambassadors Program 2019, working on actions to raise awareness of children and adolescents for the safe use of the Internet. He has experience in the areas of Regulatory Law, Administrative Law and Competition Law. Currently, he focuses his research on regulatory challenges and institutional arrangements in the implementation of the General Data Protection Law.
