Director of the Associação Data Privacy Brasil de Pesquisa. He holds a master’s degree from the USP Faculty of Law and a PhD from the USP Institute of Energy and Environment, with training in the Privacy Policy and Law Course at the University of Amsterdam (2018). Master in law and economics from the University of Turin. He was a visiting scholar at The New School (2021). He is a member of the Latin American Network of Surveillance, Technology and Society (Lavits) and the Brazilian Institute of Civil Responsibility (Iberc). He is an effective member of the Special Commission for the Defense of the Rights of Children and Adolescents of the São Paulo Bar Association (2022-2025).
