Lawyer and sociologist with a Master’s in Sociology and Anthropology from PPGSA/UFRJ. Researching the intersection between personal data protection and public power, especially in the area of security and surveillance, he was a researcher at the Laboratory of Digital Studies (LED / UFRJ) and currently works as a researcher at the association Data Privacy Brasil since September 2020.
