Doctoral student in Civil Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Master in Civil Law from UERJ, having been approved with distinction and praise. Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), when she received a scientific initiation scholarship from CNPq and FAPERJ. Currently, she is a professor of Civil Law and of Law and Technology at the Faculty of Law of IBMEC. She teaches in postgraduate courses at CEPED-UERJ, in the Postgraduate course at PUC-Rio, in the Postgraduate course at Instituto New Law and in the Postgraduate course in Contractual Law and Civil Liability at EBRADI. She is also a professor at the Rio de Janeiro State Magistracy School (EMERJ), at the Rio Institute of Technology and Society (ITS Rio) and at Data Privacy Brasil. Discipline coordinator at the Graduate Program in Digital Law at UERJ/ITS Rio and at the Graduate Program at Instituto New Law. Member of the OABRJ Data Protection and Privacy Commission. Member of the executive board of the electronic magazine civilistica.com (Qualis A2). Member of the EMERJ Permanent Forum on Media and Freedom of Expression. She was a substitute professor of Civil Law at UFRJ and a researcher at the Rio Institute of Technology and Society (ITS Rio). Associated with the Brazilian Institute of Studies in Civil Responsibility (IBERC). She works as a lawyer in areas of Civil Law and Digital Law and as a consultant in the protection of personal data.
