Adriana is Senior Director and leader in Brazil of the Strategic Communication segment of the international consulting firm FTI Consulting. She works in the development and implementation of external and internal communication strategies for some of the largest companies in the world. She specializes in Crisis Communication and is part of the Crisis Committee of the Brazilian Association of Business Communication (Aberje). She gives lectures and workshops on response to cyber incidents in partnership with big names in the market. Previously, she was director of international communications consultancy Brunswick Group. She has also worked for the Brazilian communication agency FSB and in some of the main press vehicles in the country, such as newspapers O Globo and Extra, CBN radio and ISTOÉ magazine. She collaborated for more than two years as a blogger and translator with the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas, at the University of Texas at Austin, United States. She graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and has a postgraduate degree in Communication, Markets and Information Technology from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA-SP).
